Bird Portrait Class

I'm still puttering about with my bird portrait painting example, and you can see that this little owl is pretty exasperated with me." OMG!!! just put the paintbrush down Caron and walk away..." oh but the egg is not quite right! and you need a little more light green in that eye....

  1. Caron, your art and fiber work are so beautiful! I wish I could take your Miss Mousey class, but we are already busy that weekend. But I will make a trip to Berkeley to take a class from you sometime in the future because I love your work!
Would you consider making a PDF pattern to sell in your etsy shop, especially to show the how-to for Mousey's articulated limbs?
    Best wishes!

  2. Thanks for the comments, what a good idea about the pdf! I was going to finish some kits ( that I started back in the dark ages!) but have stalled on writing the instructions, Lucky me though, I have a copy editor friend and she has promised help. I'm mum to a very busy, not yet driving, high school junior and I always seem to be playing catch up these days!

  3. Dearest Caron,
I am so interested in that mouse or the bird...are they for sale?I know Ulla from Castles! And my sister-in-law, Nancy from FĂȘte et Fleur has taught at Castles in the Air....I hope to go there in June. I love your work and would love to purchase both items. Let me know,
